I. General Description:

1. This machine is able to process the miter edge, bottom edge and arise on glass. The miter 

edge or bottom edge is as bright as the original after processing.

2. Input and output conveyors adopt timing belt which can improve the stability of transmission. And the 

timing belt is easy to replace during maintaining.

3. Perfect lubrication system makes sure the smooth grinding.

4. Synchro-lift device of the input and output section for controlling the grinding amount of glass

 without adjusting each spindle individually.

5. A strong upright post sets up to support the middle of beam, which makes sure beams are indeformable.

6. Swing frame driving device is strong and exact automatic programming device make sure all the precise

 data.

7. Water tank is stainless steel.

8. Air exhaust device

9. Thickness, remaining thickness and miter angle are showed and adjusted by digital display or PLC.

 Miter angle can reach 60 degree.

10. Speed is adjusted by stepless speed variator(standard) or frequency inverter.
