Packaging & Delivery

Features: 

1 This machine is controlled by PLC system with Touch Screen.

2 It can fill the molecular sieves into the spacers shaped by automatic bar bending machine, jointed aluminum spacer and curl spacers. Curl spacers have to be filled manually.

3 The filling height can be adjusted according to the size of the spacers.

4 The diameter of the molecular sieve is 0.5~0.8mm.

5 The width of the aluminum bar is 6~24mm. The max size of spacer is 2000X2000mm..

6 It can supply the molecular sieves automatically.

7 The filling speed is 8~12 seconds for 1000 x 1000 x 9mm size spacers.

8 The filling time can be set in advance according to the size of the aluminum spacers.

9 This machine can use big bucket directly.

10 The butyl will seal the hole for molecular sieves automatically.
