 Insulated Glass Sealant Automatic Spreading Table.

SBT-HZT01 Rotated Sealant Spreading Table is the equipment used in the last procedure

 of production line of insulating glass and curtain wall glass. This machine is rotating platform 

used to apply bicomponent silicone on insulating glass and curtain wall glass.

 It can be rotated 90 degree and also is free to be reversed. The rotation and vacuum sucker 

can be controlled by programs. The vacuum sucker can be adjusted according to the size of the glass.

 The fitting clearance between  the support bar and the support loop of rotation support plate is

 small and this makes the glass more horizontal. This machine rotates steadily with stable 

support and low rate of misfuction. It is the ideal auxiliary equipment for insulating glass

 and curtain wall glass production line. 

Features:

 1 It can be rotated 90 degree, 180 degree, 270 degree and 360 degree clockwise and

 counterclockwise.

 2 The length of spreading arm is adjustable according to the size of the glass.

 3 The vacuum generator is used to suck the glass. The sucked glass can be rotated steadily.

 4 The main spare parts of pneumatic sector adopt the famous brands home and abroad 

or the supplier with internationally recognized quality certification.
